Shoes don’t fit

The shoes wasn’t what they looked liked in the advertisement and they wasn’t made of good quality leather. I want to return them and get my money back but no one has responded to my question on how to return them.

Run small and narrow. I usually buy 12 4E in running shoes and boots, but these only offered wide, so I would probably get 13 W. Didn't really notice until after I had worn them a couple of days, so its really on me.
