I ordered this notepad on
I ordered this notepad on November 18th. On November 29th, I received the wrong product. I contacted customer service and they asked that I ship the order to the correct customer. I was told that they had also asked the customer who received my order to ship the package to me. It has now been 11 days and the package has not shipped. I have asked customer service multiple times to send a replacement or a refund, and they have not done either. For the past two days, customer service has been ignoring my emails and I still do not have my order or a refund, over 3 weeks later. I definitely would not recommend ordering from this company if you need your order in a timely manner. The lack of action and professionalism from Sprinkled with Pink customer service is really disappointing.
