Tried to cancel jacket after ordering it by replying to the email from the company, which is what I was told to do. Didn't ever hear despite 2 emails. Jacket arrived, tried to return it then only to realize I could only get store credit because I ordered near Christmas (this wasn't a Christmas gift). I kept the jacket, have worn it about 12 times (only when it's super cold out since I have other jackets for warmer weather) and the zipper pull has fallen off multiple times. I've put it back on and crimped the loop multiple times, which works for a day. The loop will ultimately break due to the recrimps and the entire zipper will need to be replaced. I'd like my money back, or at least money to cover putting in zipper pulls that are high quality.

I accidentally cut off a tag before I tried on my suit. After cutting it off I saw where it said “not returnable if tag is removed “ I hate the suit, big waste of money! Will not order from Arctic again.
