Frustrating it had to be special, but handled well once I connected with someone
It was a bit frustrating that I couldn’t simply order a new banner for my existing base off your website--a base I’d bought just last year. I could understand if the model had been discontinued for 5+ years that it might become a special order. But a base I bought last year: My expectation was that I’d be able to go onto your website, enter the model number, upload the new artwork and have it all go. That said, once your staff got involved and sent up the special order, everything went completely smoothly and I’m happy with the result.
