My original review stated some disappointment with the mix up of displays and the construction of the fabric not being properly glued. Jay, from TradeShowPlus, did an excellent job at fixing my issues. I casually mentioned the glue separating, but something I could overlook. Jay took it upon himself to correct that wrong and I'm glad he did. I couldn't be happier with the service!

I have bought from TradeShowPlus a few times now and have always been happy with the product quality and service while ordering. I am also pleased to say that the post purchase support is also great. When my last stand case had a defect, the quickly made it right.

The service we got from TradeShowPlus was excellent and everything arrived on time and exactly as we ordered. The quality of the images and the banners are excellent. The only little problem was the plastic pegs that the large banners hang from. Two of them were broken off. Luckily the display came with two extra pieces so we were able to remove the two screws and install the new posts. However, now we do not have any backups if any of the other plastic posts break. Beyond that we are very happy with everything.

We recently purchased two booths and a pull up banner and were very pleased with the quality of the product, the quick turn-time, and the price. Customer service was excellent! Online chat, email or on the phone someone was quick to respond and very helpful. I would highly recommend TradeShowPlus.
