Quality of the product was just as we hoped for. Colors matched our image and the setup/teardown is painless as we hoped for. The material is thin which is easy to deal with but just make sure you don't have a light source behind the banner and you'll be fine. A friend has a pipe style banner which has to be assembled and a thicker cover which is heavier and harder to setup. Some of his helpers couldn't even figure it out so he is looking to purchase one of these as well for the ease of setup.

I was treated very professionally by Jay who took care of an incorrect shipment from a vendor. He responded promptly and corrected the problem promptly.
