I can't express how great Jacob & his daughter were. From initial consultation to quoting to completion his transparency, cleanliness, helpfulness & overall efficiency cannot be overstated. He even provided a temporary fix to my roof leak only a few days before Christmas so that we could get through the Christmas period without further damage and came back in January to complete the rest of the works when he was able to get the parts he needed when companies reopened.
