We had to arrange and pay for repairing of our roof which had leaked and damaged our ceiling. Jacob was very reasonably priced and who, with his son, did a first class job where our original builders had let us down. This was later confirmed by the supervisor in charge of our insurance claim work for our internal ceiling, who had insisted on checking we were not going to have a repeat of our initial problem. We certainly would have no hesitation in recommending Jacob.
