While I've sent the link to your website to some folks who are moving to O'ahu, I find the site design very off-putting. However, if your results are better than with the previous design, it must be the right move. If the “Search Paradise” tab works for more business, please consider making it two tabs: “BUY” and “RENT”. My preference is for a short bit of your family/business story in the upper portion of the page followed by the search features for buyers/renters with current listings grouped by communities. A few photos of the current listings would be helpful. Jim and I tend to use Redfin, Zillow, Trulia and OahuRE for searches, so you need to differentiate your business immediately and allow for a quick connection to your uniqueness. My own personal search progress is to locate listings then find an agent. That may put me in the minority. Is there a way for you to include a modified MLS search on the site? We do still love the monthly newsletter - it is a very personal connection. The question that you folks need to evaluate is, does the effort reap the rewards for the business? Aloha, Cindy

first of all, john died January 4, 2016 and the property has shifted to my name only. you should have been aware of this by now. i do not like the new format as l was perfectly happy with the old one. i find the new one confusing. Pam Talbot
