Was being bullied into paying a debt with arrest threats. I first contacted Agruss and they didn't think they could help. A month later they called me back and said they looked further into it and they think they can help. I though all hop was lost until that call. They then handled everything over the phone and email without me having to do any work on my end. When it was all said and done they wanted my credit report to confirm it was taken care of.
