They did great for me. Old bad-debt collector on a bill that had been already paid. medical debt from an accident in early 2015; took awhile to get settled then. someone sold it as 'bad debt' then some creepy collector started calling me 4 years later. Agruss took care of it. collector called a few times after I asked them to stop; called Agruss after the first call and the collector got busted. I got paid. the end. for a change the good guys won.
