I found myself in a less then fair financial agreement and when seeking some kind of reprieve due to COVID hardship the company was not only impossible to work for but continued to harass me for missing one payment. Agruss Law stepped in and put them in their place and not only settled on their illegal repeated phone calling when told they were not to call me, got my debit cancelled and additional funds to go along with. I reside in beautiful sunny Southern California. I work for a multi-national company and had over three years of flawless employment until a periodic background check was requested and performed by a third party. Please note the same type of background check was done prior to my employment, PASSED and HIRED. The follow-up had uncovered some issues that were on my permanent file, three misdemeanors that were between 25 and 30 years old and already closed. The investigating firm listed the file as it was a new case and a pair of felonies. AGRUSS LAW FIRM went to work, under "The Fair Credit Reporting Act." They provided evidence to the investigation company of the errors, and they did make needed adjustments and provided a new background check to my company. AGRUSS also filed a claim against my company because they did not immediately restore my employment status, yes two companies in the crosshairs of a skilled group of attorney's and staff. Eventually I was reinstated with my company and there is really no hard feelings from either side. Of course there was a monetary a settlement with no wrong doing on anyone's part.
