Beats the ridiculous prices the travel agent charges.

We found the staff at teletext holidays to be very helpful. At the time of booking Thomas Cook had went into administration and we thought we had lost our holiday. The staff did their best to find us alternatives flights so we could still go on holiday. It did cost us extra money but at least they kept in contact with us which we really appropriated. Thank you for work so hard at that very difficult time. Fiona O'Donnell
