I picked up a server cabinet today. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The man at the front was helpful and super nice. He brought the cabinet out to my car and then helped me load it. When I realized I couldn't close my trunk with the packaging in place, he came back with a razor and happily removed the pallette, and then he took the pallette to the recycling bin for me. I wasn't sure about ordering from Toolots, but this makes me a happy camper. I'm going to search Toolots first the next time I need equipment again.
