I like the mask a lot but it does fog up when I am working outdoors even after I remove the vent plugs

I received the item in a timely manner, but the packaging of the item was open in the shipping box and beaten up. I wondered if I received a returned item.

Return process is poor.

You did great until I received the purchase and found out the California cancer warning on it, which was not mentioned in the ad, and then you only refunded the price of the pads but not the shipping charges. I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place if I had known about the California cancer warning!

Their language on the website around getting a discount and free shipping was very ambiguous. Once I’d already placed the order I was told that the discount could only be applied to a second order and for much more than the amount I’d paid. Later I found equally good products for less and was then told that I’d have to pay again to ship the items back. Do your research before buying anything from this company. The customer service is flat and they’re more expensive than other places that are just as good. Disappointing experience overall.
