Called them and the lady was very helpful. Explained problems we had with another brand and she assured me that wouldn't happen with them. And it didn't! Bear is great and it arrived quickly in great shape!

My order came just as described in a super cute box. The free buddy bunny was adorable and the items were shipped quickly and arrived in a timely fashion. Will definitely order from Vermont Teddy Bear again.
