I have placed a few orders with this company and they have always been fulfilled quickly and the communication has been good. After placing my last order I found a different product I thought would be better. They were happy to change my order over and even suggested a third option which was a better fit. When I decided to place an order for this as well as my original, they amended the costs for me to combine the postage.
