Tactical Baby Gear

Great

Repeat customer! Product quality is insanely good. Used the daypack with my first born 7 years ago and came back for the updated versions for my next being born this coming November. Delivery was fast and clean. No hassle, and ready to go right out of the bag.

Love the quality and space it offers for essentials

Incredible Daypack Diaper Bag — Even Better Customer Service! I cannot recommend the Tactical Baby Gear Daypack Diaper Bag or this company enough. 1st the bag itself is exactly what I was looking for. It is perfectly designed for dads—rugged, highly organized, and completely functional without looking like a traditional diaper bag. The compartments make it easy to find everything quickly. The durable construction make it feel like it is built to last. 2nd was their outstanding customer service. When the package arrived, I completely failed to realize that the bag was shipped inside a protective dust bag. Because of that, I thought they had sent me the wrong color and reached out to customer support. They responded quickly and patiently pointed out my mistake without making me feel foolish. It is rare to find a company that makes a fantastic, dad-focused product and handles a clueless customer mistake with such grace and professionalism. They have earned a customer for life.
