I recently received the wrong

I recently received the wrong order for prints for my son’s nursery. When I contacted customer service they directed me to a link to start the exchange process. When I asked if there was a discount I could receive for my inconvenience (I do have a newborn at home so this is a huge inconvenience) I received a code for a different company. Why would I want $25 to another company?
