Love the products but find the search function on the website a bit clunky and the delivery costs are too high/free threshold is too high

I’ve been waiting a month for my delivery to arrive. Your team has only been in touch once, after I emailed, and has not given me any updates since. This is not good enough for a premium, special product.

I put in an order more than 14 days ago and it was sent via express shipping however has not arrived. Responses from customer service was initially received and now I have heard nothing. I recommend looking for Nature Baby stockists rather than using their online store.

I first saw the dress in a shop in South Melbourne but they did not have the size I needed. Going on line I chose to buy direct. The online store was easy to use and I was pleasantly surprised that postage was free. The dress arrived beautifully wrapped within a week. Very happy with my purchase thank you.
