I’ve ordered from nature baby multiple times and the products are truly beautiful. My oldest had the raincoat in straw which he has grown out of and has been passed down to his younger brother. My most recent order included a new raincoat in a larger size for him as we have loved the one his brother now uses but I accidentally ordered the incorrect size. Customer service team was prompt in responding to my request for an exchange and extremely helpful. I also spoke with the Paddington team who were lovely and held the correct size until the item was returned. Grateful for such a smooth experience and we love our nature baby garments which will be shared throughout the family for years to come

I’ve been Nature Baby loyal customer and a big advocate since my son was born 2,5 years ago and there is no other baby clothing brand I would recommend more than NB, both from the quality perspective and customer experience ❤️
