I absolutely adore shopping with Nature Baby. The customer service is excellent!!! I shopped during the recent sale and didn't realise it would take 10 days for orders to be processed. I had purchased items that I needed much sooner and the team arranged express delivery to Australia. I was incredibly grateful. I do find the online site somewhat slow to load at times. . . I'm not sure how this could be improved. Every other part is ace!

Beautiful wee kimono cardigans. I bought these as a gift so I can’t give too much feedback but I think they look lovely, comfortable and soft. Your whole shop is very beautiful!

We loved the two natural fabric outfits we chose. We had them gift wrapped and sent to family in Australia with a gift card. They arrived a couple of days later. The family were thrilled. The whole process was easy and excellent value.
