Beautifully packaged items and as usual wonderful quality, customer service were fast at getting back to me about a small issue and it was quickly resolved.

I could not fault my dealings with Nature Baby - in particular with Laura (Customer Services) who went above and beyond - getting my order packed and sent to me asap and then following up with a phone call to make sure I had received it. She is worth her weight in gold! Thank you Nature Baby.
