Easy to use website, delivery was good, took a couple of days to arrive as I only chose standard delivery. It was packaged very environmentally friendly, I was even able to recycle the bag. The only think I would have liked is a little bit of protection inside the package as the boxes the product came in where a little dented and 1 was a gift.
