Overall experience was great with L&L. Would recommend making sure that you order the correct size. I did not (thanks to my decision to online shop at 3am while nursing my newborn); exchange process was fine but ended up paying an additional $5 processing fee and the drop off was at USPS (less convenient than UPS/Happy Returns, etc.) Will still order again in the future as the product appears that it will last a few months.
