Being new to this company I didnt know what to expect but I was very pleased. I ordered several personalized placemats which are absolutely beautiful!! One was sent incorrectly and I could not believe how wonderful they rectified it. Not did they send me a new one with expedited delivery but they also sent me a monetary coupon to use for my next orders!! Amazing customer service and will definitely recommend and use this company again!!
