Fast response to query I had on my baby Zen yo-yo

We had bought an Maxi Cosi Opal Car Seat from Just kidding during their sale and when brought it home we noticed that the headrest of the car seat was broken so I emailed Just kidding customer service and immediately Najeeb responded saying he will get back to us after contacting the supplier. The supplier took a long time to get back but Najeeb kept updating me about the same every week. Najeeb was very prompt and got in touch with the supplier constantly to sort out this issue. Finally We got a new car seat as our current one couldn’t be fixed. We are very grateful to Najeeb and the Just Kidding Store team for taking our matter seriously and sorting it out. Thank you!
