Hello JustKidding ME, I wanted to let the HR department know that Luis who works at the Galleria Mall at Reem Island Abu Dhabi is a super awesome sales rep that helped us find the right stroller and car seats for our first child. I practically bombarded him with endless questions about all the different types of strollers and car seat options but there wasn’t a time where he couldn’t answer any of my questions. Even though I spent hours researching online I wasn’t sure what to get because there are so many brands out there and the questions that were not clearly stated on youtube or in blogs. So we wanted to go to the retailers and stores to browse and ask the people working there. We went to mama&papas, mothercare, zippy, and etc and didn’t really get a clear idea until we stumbled upon Luis at the Galleria. Not expecting much, because of our previous numerous visits to other baby shops, we casually walked in and asked a few questions about the babyzen yoyo 2 and he explained the basics about it and I thought that was it and he would go back to what he was doing cause that’s what usually happens in other stores. But he asked us very smart questions trying to figure out our needs and I could feel that he was genuinely trying to solve our stroller puzzle with us. We’ve probably spent a good hour or so in the store while he professionally showed us how the uppababy vista v2 worked with all the add ons and also comparing it with other brands. I felt well educated and not ‘selled’ to. The way Luis was explaining and demonstrating the products were as if he had already used it himself knowing the inside and outs even to the smallest detail. That shows that he really enjoys his job and has passion in helping the costumers and it’s not merely a means for income. I’m not sure how long he has been working there but I would defiantly refer my friends and family if he continually worked there. We eventually settled on the uppababy vista v2 and mesa car seat and got received it yesterday. He also checked up on us via whatsapp and that shows more than professionalism, personalization (something you can’t buy these days). This was my first purchase with JustKidding and it was a great experience that I would love to share with my people and would love to go back for more future inquiries. Thanks, Nicki Bak P.S.
