horrible service

I ordered custom shoes for my sons baptism. I received the wrong size. I called the boutique and left a message and no one ever returned my call. I emailed them at the email address on their website and it bounced back. I found them on facebook and sent them a private message and finally a few days later some one responded stating they were sorry and that the correct size would be sent out on Monday, August 9th. They never answered my question if I would receive the shoes in time for my sons baptism this Sunday, August 15th. I asked twice through the private message for the tracking number and have yet to receive a response. Its Friday. No shoes and no response from them. Not mad that the wrong size was shipped. Mistakes happen...but the lack of customer service and the lack of communication is horrible. I want my money back or the correct size shoes to show up by tomorrow. Your products are beautiful. Your service is horrible.

Order not received.

Order was placed on 11/1/2017. I have not received an email regarding when it was shipped or tracking number. I have called and left message with customer service but no one has returned my call, I did receive this email regarding writing a review. Please let me know something about my order. Thank you
