We needed a new mattress for our second-hand, almost 10 year old Guava Lotus travel crib. When they didn’t have a mattress that would fit the old mesh, they sent us both the replacement mattress and the new mesh. I was really impressed to first hear from a real person and then have them find a solution that would allow me to keep using their product instead of pushing me to buy a new one. Should we need a new travel crib or anything else they carry, I will absolutely buy it from Guava.

My 13 month is quite pleased with the sun protection and no longer cries when we turn into the sun. First few times was a bit tricky to get the clasp on but once getting the right angle is easy

Our zipper broke and this replacement option was great!
