Their customer service is like a dream model of customer service! I had an older version of Lotus Crib and wanted to get a new mattress for it; however, they no longer make the older mattress so instead they sent a new mattress and a new black mesh/gray fabric cover that attaches to the white frame! so now we have all new everything and still able to use the frame :) So happy we can still use it and grateful for the service Guava provided for us!
