Groovystyle baby equipment were fantastic. We had our appointment during COVID and we felt safe the whole time. The staff were friendly, took their time and explained everything to us! I left feeling incredibly well informed and was able to order my pram a couple of weeks later. I would highly recommend!

We needed an urgent replacement to our pushchair, and Groovystyle were superb with their help and response, despite being in lockdown. Staff were excellent, in particular Ashleigh, who replied to emails and were available to speak to by phone. Thank you!

I'm pregnant with my second child, and already have a pram that I could use, but it really wasn't fit for purpose anymore, as firstly it was way too bulky and huge for what I now wanted, and secondly I really didn't have a big budget as with covid, we didn't really have a lot of money coming in, so really wanted to find something affordable, but a pram that still suited our needs. I trawled and researched and found that the uppababy minu was a perfect pram/travel system. I searched and searched the Internet to find it and compare costs amongst different sites, but the pram was pretty much no longer being sold anywhere (as its more of an American brand). The only site that I found was selling it for £400 (which mentally I was prepared myself for, and that was just the pram, not the additional bits I needed - which is more than what I wanted to pay). I held off from buying, and carried on trawling the internet to find other companies, and even thought to go back and choose another pram/travel system. None of the typical big/known corporate sites were selling it any longer, and were naturally one of the first results on the internet when I typed what I was looking for, but I carried on searching and refining my search, as I really still didn't want to pay min £400 for the pram alone. After 2 days of searching and trawling the net, I found this smaller/unknown company. They sold the pram I wanted (albeit not the color - which was absolutely fine), for £200, and all the other bits I wanted added on, still equalled less than the original £400 from the other and only site selling this pram (to add, this other site that sold the pram, also seemed like another local/unknown company)!! At point of purchase, two of my items were not available until 5-7 working days, so I emailed to ask a number of questions (as I needed my pram ideally by 7 working days, in case my baby came early), so enquired if they felt there would be any problems in meeting that deadline. The emailed me back so prompt, so politely, and even let me know that I pretty much paid for an item I didn't need, as it already came with the pram, so they processed my refund for that item and didn't despatch it out! To top it all off, I received my pram and all the items well before the minimum 5 working day window, and was kept informed of despatch and delivery via email and text (as that's what I selected). From start to finish, this company has been amazing. It's been a great find, and will definitely not forget it as a company to let my friends and family know about if they end up needing to buy a pram or pram related items.
