George really did persevere with our Axkid child car seat order, despite great difficulties and delays in obtaining the seat we had ordered, due to lack of availability nationally. George suggested several alternative solutions and we eventually chose the updated more recent version. When this also caused problems beyond his control, George proposed another solution which was most acceptable. He went well above and beyond what one would normally expect and his service was superb. We now have a seat and await new covers when they become available.
