Bambi Baby Store (OLD)

Beyond happy with everything. Initially I was concerned because we purchased a dresser and crib that was supposed to ship within 3-5 days and we still didn’t hear anything after about 10 days but once I contacted customer service, they very quickly assured it had shipped and were extremely friendly and helpful. The quality of the Oxford furniture is absolutely exquisite, they package their furniture EXTREMELY secure to where it would be difficult for damage to occur during shipping. We were extremely happy with the logistics company who delivered it As well. The owner sold me in his YouTube video featuring the Oxford Westport set we bought and we could not be more pleased with the entire experience.

Absolutely thrilled with my purchase. Searched everywhere for this bunk bed. Only three places in the eastern US had it and the other two stores would not ship. I ordered from Bambi Baby Store and received the bed five calendar days later and shipping was free. I could not be more pleased or impressed. I have not put the bed together yet but look forward to it. Very impressed with Bambi Baby Store!

I ordered a full set of nursery furniture from Bambi Baby and I could not be happier. Convertible crib, bed rails, dresser, nightstand, book case, changing top. Everything arrived at my home in Texas in perfect shape. My only issue was that my order shipped out a bit later than expected. However, customer service was good and Bambi baby responded promptly to my inquiries, letting me know what was going on. Very happy with the product quality and the service from Bambi Baby.

The website is good. We had a bit of trouble finding matching color for our existing furniture, but at the end we were able to find it and it was a perfect match.
