Bambi Baby Store (OLD)

This review is more about the customer service at Bambi Baby than the Sorelle Verona/Vista toddler rail. When I received the toddler rail I had the same problem that several reviewers had. The rail did not fit. The holes did not line up and the screws were to short. I called Bambi Baby and spoke to Joann. After confirming all of the part numbers and taking pictures (all of which I sent to Joann), Joann worked with Sorelle directly and they are sending the proper rail. Apparently a couple of years ago Sorelle made some adjustments to the crib and toddler rail models. Sorelle new exactly what the issue was and are sending the correct rail directly to my house. Joann at Bambi Baby was awesome and made this process painless. Thank you so much!!!

I absolutely LOVE my crib and dresser! The drawers glide so nicely and the crib is so adorable and masculine! I love the gray color so much! My baby has a nicer bedroom set than I do. I paid extra for extra padding for the shipping but it still came with a scratch. Also, the crib was missing one screw but they are shipping it to us. I am very happy with the service! They shipped it very quickly and their customer service is wonderful. Thank you!

Everything about this transaction was great. I ordered the crib, toddler rail and the full bed rails all together. The whole shipment came a lot faster than was quoted. No shipping charged for a 130lbs pallet was awesome. I emailed in to customer service about a question I had and a rep contacted me immediately with a clear explanation. Very impressed with the team at Bambi Baby. The assembly of the crib was insanely easy. From the time I made the first cut to open the box until completion was about 20 mins. Kuddos to Westwood Design for a great product. I'm sure this won't be my last order from Bambi Baby either.
