This is a great buy - clear screen & great size to see baby clearly

We are so happy with our Babysense Max View. It was super easy to set up. The quality of the picture is great and noise detection is very sensitive. We would highly recommend it!

This was our third purchase of a baby monitor, the first two other brands either won’t pair or just didn’t work poor quality. But Babysense monitor has been bar far the best . The battery life on the monitor when charged great , quality of picture great should of got this one first , but you live and learn .

Not only is the product better than any other it compares to (opinion) but the service is fantastic. I dropped the screen and it smashed - completely my fault but ordered a replacement. Within 12 months the batter connection went on the new screen, I ordered a new one as I thought we'd probably been a bit rough with it but I did contact Babysense to say that there was an issue with the connection and although I'd already bought a new one was there anything they could do. They refunded me instantly for the new screen but then the new screen didn't seem to work with the existing camera's I've had. Even though the camera's were well out of warranty they sent me 2 new camera's so essentially I have a full brand new system. It might sounds like I've had issues with the reliability but honestly, I don't think I have - the originaly screen smashed because it dropped on the fireplace, the 2nd screen battery connection went but this could have been because we were rough with it and then yes the 2 camera's needed replacing but they did it at zero cost to me and very quickly so how can we expect better service than that! Will 100% buy from Babysense again and likely will change some of our existing products over to Babysense.
