I had an issue with my camera being shipped/out of stock. The customer service was great as we were trying to deal with the out of stock issue. Once the item shipped it came quickly.

Everything was ok. Nothing special though.

We got our first monitor about two years ago and it has always been decent. Once we purchased the add on camera for our second baby, both the new and old cameras seemed to have less of a range and a terrible connection. We constantly get a "waiting for connection" message even when we are just outside the door. Ideally we need it to reach to the back of our yard, not only in the house so it is not a great camera for us with this new issue.

PRO good video quality. CON poor audio and lullabies
