Everything was great, but 1 item was missing. We called customer service, and they sent the remaining item in a few days.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected.

Fed Ex delivered to wrong address so pick up of the 2 heavy boxes was difficult. Abena was very responsive to helping with this problem.

The product itself was 5-stars but my order shipped 6 full days after I placed it. That's simply too long/late.
