Customer service was beyond amazing! Responded quickly and efficiently to correct the issues we had with the chair!

This high chair is perfect for my 18 month old. She can sit right up to the table with us. cons - 1. the straps location could be more secure (they come out of the seat of the chair instead of the back and they adjust almost too easily which feels precarious because 2. The chair slides easily. I don’t think this would be an issue with the tray at all and there is a wooden part that could be put into place in the front as well that could help with securing her in. The tray is a bit hard to snap in and out if desired. We’re not using it so it’s not an issue for us. Pros of this chair 1. Speedy shipping!! I ordered it end of the week and it arrived the following Monday. 2. Small and lightweight while still sturdy. Great modern design that fits any aesthetic 3. Fits up to the table 4. Adjustable foot rest for your child’s height 5. Easy to put together 6. Super easy to clean!! It actually looks and feels clean after a simple wipe unlike the high chair I replaced. 7. Straps are easy to remove and seem to wipe clean pretty well 8. Comes with leg extensions to change height 9. Can be used with and without a tray I’m considering buying a second one because my 4 year old loves to use it too. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a “grow with me” high chair!

My package did not arrive even though the tracking information indicated it did. I emailed customer service and they promptly shipped me a replacement 2nd day. I have not used the product yet but if it is half as good as the service it will be top notch!

Great customer service. One of the bags had a small hole in the bottom. They apologized for the defect and sent me a whole new set. So far very satisfied. Used them to hold soup and there’s no leakage.
