I haven't tried out the cups yet, however, the customer service was 5 stars. One of the lids was cracked and a straw was missing but they messaged me back right away and sent a replacement that same week. They even followed up to see if I had received the new replacement items. I will post a follow-up review once my son tries the cups!

my first order came with a bowl chipped. i emailed customer service and they sent a new whole set, free of charge, and even expedited! outstanding customer service! the bowls itself are the perfect size for my toddlers. they are easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and just perfect for every day use. These plates are deeper than they look in the picture which is really helpful! The sections are perfect for toddlers and the lids are much better than having to use plastic wrap all the time. Very good quality, we will be buying from them again. Great customer service as well, love this company.
