At the beginning I was trying to choose between lunchbots and weesprout. I settled with weesprout for the following reasons. 1. Small size of weesprout bento is as big as medium size of lunch bots (off course for 6$ lesser price) 2. I really liked the concept of the small container with lid inside to box to avoid spillage into other compartments. That's perfect for liquids or sauces. But what came as surprise after the order was the customer service of weecare team. Irrespective of weekday or weekend you will get reply pretty soon about queries like shipping status, issues with product etc. My only suggestion to buyers would be wash and wipe the box immediately to keep it extra clean.

I purchased these cups for my toddler and 7 month old niece. Both kids love them and are drinking so well from the cups both with the straw and open style. We love that they are glass and not plastic. The silicone sleeves keep them safe from even the wildest toddler adventures. Wee Sprout's customer service is amazing. Our first shipment had a minor chip in one cup that was to be given to my niece and they were able to replace the cup swiftly and without any question. Very very grateful for this!

I haven't tried out the cups yet, however, the customer service was 5 stars. One of the lids was cracked and a straw was missing but they messaged me back right away and sent a replacement that same week. They even followed up to see if I had received the new replacement items. I will post a follow-up review once my son tries the cups!

my first order came with a bowl chipped. i emailed customer service and they sent a new whole set, free of charge, and even expedited! outstanding customer service! the bowls itself are the perfect size for my toddlers. they are easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and just perfect for every day use.
