I had an issue with my jars measurements and labels coming off after the first wash. I reached out to the company, and was blown away by the great customer service. Before I’d even realized they’d responded to me, a brand new set of jars were already sitting on my doorstep. They explained about a minor issue they’d had which caused the ink to not setup properly, and assured me the integrity of the jars was not affected. Truly blown away by how professional and prompt they were in helping me. So wonderful dealing with a company that cares about their customers. I will continue to be a customer and recommend their products to everyone.
