I purchased 3 of the large bento boxes and the lid of one of them was not locking in place. I notified customer service and they sent a replacement lid out immediately. Great products and great company.

I bought two sets of the bags. I really love the quality of the bags. My only issue is sliding on the clip to lock. The bags is a struggle, a fight, and by then all of your stuff has come out the bag. I bought the bags to see if they would get loose or it would be easier to slide on the clip and it still is not now I have all these bags that I can't use. Please help if you know a way to make it easier to get the slides on.

Love these pouches! We’ve tried a few brands, by far the best. Go through the dishwasher fine, and save a ton of money rather than buying prepared pouches!
