Debbie was an absolute dream to deal with. I am based in Melbourne and had ordered a gorgeous blanket to give as a gift during lockdown which was to be sent to Australia. Knowing that it take a while, I had not expected it take over 2 months. Deb had contacted NZ Post and Australia Post to do what she could to track down the item, she was so communicative during the whole process and messaged me directly daily.
