great experience shipping was so fast

Shipping took no time. A week, tops! Only thing is I had a problem purchasing while signed in to my account. I had to purchase as a guest. Also, I’m not sure why but the customer service team takes their time to answer the phone and when emailing, I sometimes hear back 2+ days in between emails.
