Thought delivery was going to take a long time due to reading other reviews but it was actually pretty quick, and the carrier is gorgeous

We loved the pattern on the carrier, it’s beautiful. We loved how the photos showed different body types on men and women so it was easy to see this would fit both me and my husband despite our differences in height and both of us not being the slimmest people. Our order seemed to have had issues getting through customs (along with others too), it was frustrating but Lola from customer support really went above and beyond to keep us updated and it really did help keep the whole transaction smooth despite the extra wait. Thank you Lola! Since the carrier arrived my husband has really taken to it and our baby is so comfortable in it. She normally falls asleep after a few minutes so we can only assume she loves it too! Overall we’re really pleased with both the product and the customer service =)
