Perfect but too long to arrive after placed order

A very comfortable carrier. Excellent if you suffer from back pain! I have been unable to use any other carrier for more than 5 minutes due to my back starting to hurt, however this one I’ve been wearing for hours at a time, only having to take her out to change/feed her and she’s now a HUGE 9 month old, very tall too. This carrier has given me a new life, the ability to back carry is perfect for cooking meals and not having to worry about her getting her fingers near hot/sharp things or trying to steal food too. You can easily adjust the Tula to fit you and your baby perfectly. I only have one slight negative and that was that it took longer to arrive than I had expected. I ordered the 17th Jan and it arrived (UK) on 3rd Feb. However I have to say the customer service team were incredible, they answered my queries, tracked my parcel etc and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Tula team, I will 100% recommend you to every parent I know!

It took a while to get here but everything was great

Great carrier! I was worried I would struggle to put it on by myself, but even with a heavy uncooperative toddler in it, I can still fasten it fairly easily. My little boy seems comfortable in it too. Shipping took a long time but now I have it I use it nearly everyday.

Absolutely in love with my new Tula! It’s so so comfortable to wear and supports my daughter beautifully. Very happy!
