Unfortunately, our wheel became misaligned after using this product 5 times on regular sidewalks in our neighborhood. It veers to the side and it is too heavy to continually move it back into place while walking so we don't use it. We wanted to love this, especially with four kids, but unfortunately we haven't been able to get our use out of it or moneys worth due to the wheel.

Disappointed in performance in soft sand especially since I reached out to customer care before placed order and was assured I would love the way it moves through all terrains
