Customer service was helpful but somewhat confusing

Service was great and shipping was extremely quick! Got my replacement parts just in time for a stroll.

This one of the first times I have gotten great customer service. And the wagon great.

Super soft, but not durable! The zipper keeps folding to the side and the cloth near the top button is stretched out already.
