Brilliant service. Swatch refund with an order, and pre-arranged returns package for those. Delivery of mat was super fast. I have had the mat for over a month and love it. The quality is great, and easy to clean.

I've just bought my second mat. This time as a present for a family member who kept coveting mine! Neither of us are totterers or tumblers - we're adults whose knees are getting creaky and find the lovely deep mats very comfortable for doing floor exercises on. Thanks to Julie the E-Commerce and Customer Service Manager for helping me out when I thought there was a stock issue. There wasn't and my mat arrived 2 days after she responded to my 'help' email!
